THE CLARKDALE MAGISTRATE COURT WILL BE CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION ON AUGUST 5, 6, AND 7, 2019.  We will be listening to and responding to voice mail messages only, re-opening for business on Thursday, August 8th at 8:00 am.

Judge William Lundy was appointed by the Town Council to serve as the Clarkdale Magistrate on June 1, 2018.  Judge Lundy also is the elected Justice of the Peace for Yavapai County's Verde Valley Justice Court.

Judge Lundy's Pledge to You:
"I will respect the law and protect your rights, but rest assured I will not stop there.  I promise to treat you with respect and professionalism, whether you are the victim, the accused or before me on a civil matter."


The Clarkdale Magistrate Court is responsible for resolving civil and criminal traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, and Town Ordinances which include animal violations, excessive noise, and other infractions.  All such offenses must have occurred inside the town limits of Clarkdale.   If your violation(s) occurred outside of the Town limits, please look at the bottom of your citation to see in which court you must appear.
