Steps for Registration
1. Review Program Guidelines and Information
2. Fill out Application and Waiver and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Check email to receive Confirmation and Balance Due Statement
4. Submit payment to the Town of Clarkdale. Payments in cash, check, or credit card form can be made at the Administrative Offices at Clarkdale Town Hall, located at 39 N 9th Street. Credit card payments can also be made over the phone by calling (928) 639-2460.
5. Save a digital or printed copy of your Confirmation email to present upon arrival at River Adventure Day
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation requests must be made via written notice to email@example.com. Refunds of registration fees will be presented as a check from the Town of Clarkdale, and will be delivered by mail within 20 business days. Refunds for cancellations will not be made after Friday, August 31.
