Facility Rentals

Thank you for your interest in the Town of Clarkdale where we are proud to offer unique and memorable facilities for a variety of uses.  

Our showcase facility is the historic Clark Memorial Clubhouse. Construction began in 1926 and was funded by William Andrews Clark, founder of the United Verde Copper Company and the Town of Clarkdale. The Clubhouse was created as a community centerpiece for a thriving mining town and is a registered landmark with the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places. The building is an architectural treasure inside and out, containing an Auditorium, Men’s Lounge, Ladies’ Lounge, Kitchen, and a Back View Deck.  

In addition to the Clubhouse, the Clarkdale Town Park Gazebo is also available as a facility rental. 


Clark Memorial Clubhouse, located at 19 N. 9th Street, is available for rentals.

Clark Memorial Clubhouse rentals must provide proof of liability coverage. Details for requirements can be found in the Facility Rental Packet. Follow the instructions in this link to get a quote or purchase coverage through TULIP: Tenant User Liability Insurance Program.


The Historic Gazebo, located at Town Park 1001 Main Street, is available for reservation. Electricity is also available with Gazebo rentals.
