Pricing:

Clarkdale Resident/Non Profit Rate: $30 per hour for first eight hours, $13 per hour after that.                                                                                       Non-Resident Rate: $35 per hour for first eight hours, $13 per hour after that.

Deposit:

Events without alcohol: $300                                                                                                                                                                                         

Events with alcohol: $800
