Our rental facility is the historic Clark Memorial Clubhouse, built in 1926. The Clubhouse was created as a community centerpiece for a thriving mining town and is a registered landmark with the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places. This spacious room comes equipped with original fixtures and furnishings including a full bar space and stools, fireplace

and mantle,  piano, original light fixtures, replicated window treatments, two bathrooms, original cork flooring, large back patio with view and a modern geothermal heating/cooling system. This space includes optional use of an outdoor view deck, approx. 7157 sq. ft.

Clarkdale Resident/Non Profit Rate: $30 per hour for first eight hours, $13 per hour after that.                                                                                       Non-Resident Rate: $35 per hour for first eight hours, $13 per hour after that.
