Our rental facility is the historic Clark Memorial Clubhouse, built in 1926. The Clubhouse was created as a community centerpiece for a thriving mining town and is a registered landmark with the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places. This charming historic room includes refinished hardwood floors, fireplace and mantle, replicated window treatments, two family style restrooms, modern geothermal heating and cooling systems. This space is often used as a buffet or serving area while the kitchen allows for food preparation and storage.

Clarkdale Resident/Non Profit Rate: $30 per hour for first eight hours, $13 per hour after that.                                                                                       Non-Resident Rate: $35 per hour for first eight hours, $13 per hour after that.
