It’s that time again! Short-term and vacation rental licenses are now due.
All properties offered for short-term and vacation rental use require a Town of Clarkdale license. Each property must comply with several safety, health, and neighborhood notification requirements, which you can learn about on the Town’s website, or Community Development Department at Communitydevelopment@clarkdale.az.gov, or call 928-639-2500.
This license is in addition to the county and state requirements.
