Overview

The Municipal Property Corporation (MPC) is a non-profit organization that is an “affiliate of the governmental unit”. The charge of the MPC is to finance the cost of acquisition, construction and equipping of certain facilities by the Town of Clarkdale. The MPC normally meets once a year, however if the Town is obtaining financing through the MPC additional meetings would be scheduled.
