Facility Rentals

Thank you for your interest in the Town of Clarkdale where we are proud to offer unique and memorable facilities for a variety of uses.

Our showcase facility is the historic Clark Memorial Clubhouse. Construction began in 1926 and was funded by William Andrews Clark, founder of the United Verde Copper Company and the Town of Clarkdale. The Clubhouse was created as a community centerpiece for a thriving mining town and is a registered landmark with the National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places. The building is an architectural treasure inside and out, containing an Auditorium, Men's Lounge, Ladies' Lounge, Kitchen, and a Back View Deck.
