The Planning Division is here to answer your questions regarding property development, whether it be an inquiry about putting up a fence on your property or developing a subdivision. We love to work with you to help plan a successful project. Call or drop by during regular business hours.

The Planning Division is the liaison to the Planning Commission and Design Review Board (DRB). These Council-appointed bodies review building and sign designs, site plans, subdivisions, zone change requests and conditional use permits. View the DRB and PC Application 2021 (PDF).
