The Community Investment Corporation (CIC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit economic development organization dedicated to the economic prosperity of Pima County and the greater regional economies in which Pima County's economy exists. CIC is expanding their Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program to include other counties in Arizona including Yavapai.
