Paddlers must be at least 18 years of age.
The Town of Clarkdale and the Verde River
Valley Nature Organization are dealing up a
river recreation event that gives you the chance
to win $1,000 if you have the winning poker hand!
Verde River Poker Run participants will paddle on
one of the most pristine 3.5 mile stretches of the
Verde River, stopping along the way to collect a
5-card poker hand!

moved to the Tuzigoot RAP, 15 E. Tuzigoot Road,
where a shuttle will transport them back to the TAPCO RAP. There will be NO public parking at the TAPCO
RAP! Shuttles will run at 8:30 am; 9:00 am and 9:30 am.

launch will take place by 10:15am. All boaters must be off the river by 2:30 pm.

To celebrate the Verde River a Post-Paddle Party will take place 12:30-4pm at the Clarkdale Town Park and
the general public is invited to attend this free event! The Post-Paddle Party will include: live music provided
by 2 G’s & a C Note (formerly Martinez Livas), a variety of vendors and park activities. The winning hands
for the poker run will be announced at 4 pm as part of the
