MARRIAGE AND WEDDINGS

The Judge can perform a wedding for you either at the Clarkdale Magistrate Court or at your chosen location in the Verde Valley, if mutually agreeable.  If you would like information on getting married in the historic gazebo in the Clarkdale Park, please contact Clarkdale Town Hall at 928-639-2400. The gazebo should be reserved in advance.  A refundable deposit of $50 must be made and the rental cost is $25.00 - $30.00 per event.

Call the Magistrate Court at (928) 649-7730 to leave a message for the Judge. You will need to leave the following information:  date, time, location, and and a phone number where you can be contacted. 

You must obtain your marriage license prior to the ceremony. The license may be obtained at the Yavapai County Superior Court.  Please contact the Yavapai County Superior Court at 928-567-7741 for more information.  You will also need two (2) witnesses for your ceremony.
